How do I become a registered member of Froottrip?
If you wish to become a registered member of Froottrip, then just click here.

What are the benefits of becoming a registered member of Froottrip?
As a registered member of Froottrip, you will be ennobled to savings and benefits on airfares, hotel reservations, holiday packages and car rentals. In addition to this, you will be sent monthly newsletters, Ft membership card, special deals, and exclusive offers.

How do I edit my account information?
Sign in to your account. Go to 'My Profile' and change or add more details.

Flights  

Is there a cancellation policy for flights booked via Frootrip?
Each airline has different cancellation charges policies, which are mentioned on the booking page. Please refer to the rules for complete information about airline's cancellation policy and the charges they deduct from the fare amount. Apart from airlines cancellation charges, Froottrip charges Rs. 250 as standard cancellation charges for bookings cancelled through our call center or via sending us an email requesting for cancellation of your booking.

How can I cancel my flight tickets?
You can e-mail us from the same ID from which you have booked your flight tickets, requesting for the cancellation of your tickets.
OR
You can e-mail us from the same ID from which you have booked your flight tickets, requesting for the cancellation of your tickets.

How can I change the date of my flight booking?
You can change the date of your flight booking. Change of flight booking will cost you the penalty of the Airline Date Change Fee (Airline Date Change Fee varied from airlines to airlines, so please refer the policies of the particular airline while booking your tickets), plus any fare difference that may exist between your original fare and fare of the flight that you want to change to plus Froottrip Service Charges, i.e. Rs 250.

If you want to change your flight to a flight that is operated by another airline, you will need to cancel your existing booking and make a fresh booking.

You would need to get in touch with our Customer Care helpline to do any change of flights in your booking.

What travel documents am I required to carry while undertaking international travel?

  • Documents Need to Carry :-
    • Passport - Valid for at least 6 months from your travel date.
    • Visa - Valid visa for the country you are visiting. You will also require a Transit Visa if you are transiting for more than 12 hours. Please check Transit Visa rules for the country of transit.
    • Travel insurance - It is advisable to carry valid Medical & Travel insurance when traveling internationally.
    • Foreign Currency - It is not allowed to carry more than 3000us$ as a cash or travelers check.
    • Air Ticket - Confirmed return air ticket. A one-way air ticket will be accepted only for students or working professionals (Student Visa or Work Visa holders), as well as dependents of the working professionals.

What are the necessary identity proofs to be carried along with the e-ticket?

  • While Travelling International:-
    • Your passport is the only valid photo ID proof that will be accepted.
  • While Travelling International:-
    • It is mandatory to carry a government issued photo identification (ID) proof along with the E-Ticket copy.
    • The same is verified by the airport security as well as the airline at the check in counter. On presenting your photo ID proof and E-Ticket copy, your boarding pass will be issued.
  • In Case of Infant:-
    • If infant travelling, it is mandatory to carry the birth certificate of the infant along with the ticket.
  • It is not mandatory to carry the credit/debit card that was used to make the payment at the time of the booking but Credit/Debit card holder and travelling Passenger must be same.
  • If Passenger is not Credit/debit card holder, needs to carry photocopy of card and sign of card holder's on that.
  • If you have booked through Froottrip. (We do not pass on your account details to the airline).

Do I need to re-confirm my flight before departure?
Yes, it is mandatory for you to re-confirm your outbound and inbound flight at least 72 hours prior to departure with the relevant re-confirmation department.
OR
For domestic travel it is not required to reconfirm your flight. Some international airlines do require passengers to call and reconfirm flights. This must be done directly with the airline 24 - 72 hours prior to departure.

How do I check if my flight is on time or not?

If I have flight reservations and the airline changes my itinerary, will Froottrip notify me?
Yes, Froottrip will notify you about the changes via E-mail and Message.

At what age is an air passenger considered an infant/child?

  • Infant 0- 23 Months for the full travel period.
  • Child 2-11 years for the full travel period.
Infants are not allocated a seat and will be required to travel on an adults lap. If you require a seat for your infant you will need to purchase a child seat.

How will I get my boarding pass for an e-ticket?
You can check inn online through airline website or at the airport counter

Accommodation:  

Is there a cancellation policy for Hotels booked on Frootrip?

  • If a booking is cancelled before 45 days of arrival, there will be 10% cancellation charge.
  • If a booking is cancelled before 16 days and within 44 days of arrival, there will be 1 night retention charges.
  • If a booking is cancelled within 15 days of arrival there will be 100% cancellation charges.
  • Any policies dictated by the hotel will always supersede those stated here. In such case our Customer Service Agents will of course inform you clearly and completely.
  • Otherwise it will follow the cancellation policy.

How do I cancel a hotel reservation?

  • Cancellation has to be made through corresponding email ID ONLY, Otherwise no cancellation will be entertained. Cancellations will not be accepted over Phone.

How do I know that the hotel room I have booked is confirmed?

  • We will send you a confirmation email. This email will include a voucher containing the dates and details of your reservation. Note that the voucher attached to the mail must to be kept until you arrive at the hotel.

Transportation:  

Is there a cancellation fee?

  • Individual reservation cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your original pickup time and are subject to a 20% booking fee. Individual reservation cancellations received within 24 hours of your reservation are non-refundable. Event Shuttle cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the start of the event. Shuttles cancelled within 72 hours of the start time will be charged the full amount contracted.

Can I cancel my rail ticket booked under the Tatkal quota?

  • You cannot cancel your booked ticket under the Tatkal quota. It's Non-cancelable.
